Im going through some major changes in my life. I am 28 years old, curently married with 5 beautiful children (3 beautiful princesses and 2 handsome princes).
It is a new year and I'm hoping for a new me also. My hair has been a problem for me for many years, I would relax it and it would puff right back up the next day....uugghhh! As a child people would always ask me why I didnt perm my hair and when I told them I did, they couldnt believe it.
Back in 2000, my mom said enough was enough and sent me to the salon to get something done with it and I decided to just chop it all off...I damn near cried when I walked outta the salon. I let it grow back but ended up weaving it for awhile. Then in 2001 while I was pregnant with my 2nd child I chopped it and colored it for the first time. I loved it and kept it that way for awhile. But after it had grew back to a certain length I didnt know what to do with it.
After trying braids and a few weaves(which made my scalp itch like crazy), I started wearing wigs. Which I've been doing for awhile now. I want to dred it but my husband dont want me to, so I've twisted it for now. I love the look and am thinking about keeping it....maybe even loc'in it!
